What We Provide
We provide a private reference path to official Union County and Ohio jail, records, court, and corrections resources, plus selected third-party tools. We store no official jail or court records. We cannot verify custody, authorize release, file documents, or speak for a government office.
Permitted Use
Visitors must use the resource lawfully and respectfully. Do not use any information to stalk, harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, use bots or scrapers, or interfere with another visitor's access.
The resource and any linked information may not be used for hiring, firing, tenant or housing screening, creditworthiness, insurance premiums, licensing, permits, government-program eligibility, or any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
No Consumer Reports
Union County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not prepare consumer reports, background checks, or credit reports, and no advertising or search partner is authorized through this resource to provide an FCRA screening service. You agree not to use data from this resource for an FCRA-covered purpose.
Outside Services
Links may lead to jail, Sheriff, police, court, corrections, legal, news, or outside search services. A link does not endorse the destination. We do not control those services' content, availability, data handling, accuracy, or terms, and visitors should review their rules before using them.
No Warranties
The resource is supplied as is and as available. We do not warrant that information is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Custody status and public records can change quickly, and no page here is an official statement from a public office.
Liability and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the resource or an outside link. You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the resource or a violation of these terms.
Ownership and Changes
The text, graphics, logos, design, and code are owned by Union County Busted Mugshots or its content partners and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission. We may revise these terms, limit or revoke access, or discontinue a feature at any time. Revised terms apply when posted.
Ohio Law and Severability
These terms are governed by Ohio law, and disputes will be brought in courts within Ohio where allowed. If a part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective and the affected part will be adjusted only as needed.
